Ms. Feinman limits her practice to family law matters, including children’s rights issues and custody relocation matters, as well as child support, equitable distribution, spousal support, enforcement/modification of property settlement agreements, and prenuptial agreements. She has served the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section in various capacities, including Membership Committee Co-Chair from 2015-2023 and, most recently, as Treasurer prior to being elected Secretary. Ms. Feinman has also served in leadership roles for the Montgomery Bar Association. Following her term as President of the Montgomery Bar Association, Ms. Feinman served as Immediate Past President in 2023. She also previously chaired both the Family Law Section (2014) and the Young Lawyers’ Section (2009). Ms. Feinman has been recognized many times as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers honoree, Top Attorney by Suburban Life & Philadelphia Life Magazine, and Main Line Today Top Lawyer in Divorce.
Regarding her new role, Ms. Feinman stated, “It is an honor to serve as Secretary of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section. The Section plays an important role in supporting family law practitioners across the Commonwealth, and I look forward to continuing the work with my colleagues to continue advancing education, collaboration, and the practice of family law.”
